2. Scope of the Service

• The Service lets you create, schedule and publish content on social media accounts that you connect, and see statistics of that content.
• Publishing happens through the official interfaces (APIs) of each platform, on your behalf and only for content you have created, approved or scheduled.
• Features available on each platform depend on that platform’s API and permissions; a platform may change or limit them at any time, which may affect the Service.
• The Service may be provided in a trial or test version. We may change, add or remove features.

3. Your account and connected accounts

• You must provide true account data and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• You may connect only social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You can disconnect a social media account at any time; the related access tokens are then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your content and acceptable use

• You keep all rights to the content you publish. You give us the permission needed only to store, process and publish it on the accounts you chose.
• You are responsible for your content and for complying with the law and with the terms of each platform (for example Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
• You must not use the Service to publish illegal content, spam, malware, content infringing the rights of others, or to manipulate platforms (for example fake engagement).

5. Responsibility

• We provide the Service with due care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every publication succeeds — platforms can reject, delay or remove posts for reasons outside our control.
• We are not responsible for the content you publish, for actions of the social platforms, or for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of platform rules.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including towards consumers.

6. Ending access

• You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by e-mail to kontakt@sorto.ai.
• We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or platform rules, if required by law or by a platform, or if we stop providing the Service — where possible with prior notice by e-mail.
• After access ends, we delete your access tokens and your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

If the Service or some of its features are paid, prices and payment terms are shown before purchase. Test and trial versions are free of charge.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and significant changes will be announced in the Service in advance. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
